Predoctoral Researcher
Aurelio José González Pardo is Industrial Engineer by the Polytechnic University of Valencia since February 2007. His Engineering Degree Thesis dealt with manufacturing tools by using CNC programming and was developed under the framework of an Erasmus Scholarship at the Politechnika Krakowska Uniwersytet (Polytechnic University of Krakow). During his Engineering degree, he had training internship at Sidmed (Arcelor) Company in the environmental department for support tasks to the Head of the Department, specially about ISO 14001. After that he also worked as an assistant for the Quality and Environmental Responsible of the Litramed Company (which was dedicated to the collection and disposal of industrial waste) for implementation of ISO rules. During 2007-2008, he completed a Master on Renewable Energies, Fuel Cells and Hydrogen organized by CSIC (Centre for Scientific Researchs) and UIMP (International University Menéndez Pelayo). After obtaining his Master Degree, he worked for a short time in the Regional Ministry of Industry, Trade and Innovation of Valencia. Presently, he is working as a junior researcher in IMDEA energy on R&D related to Concentrated Solar Power.
