Short Bio: 

Enrique Medina Martos studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Granada (2013). His final project consisted in the “Design of and industrial plant for the production of Bioethanol from rice waste”. Afterwards, he performed an extension course in Simulation of Chemical Processes at the Politechnic University of Valencia (2013-2015) and an Academic Master in Chemical Engineering at the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil (2014-2016), where he submitted his Dissertation “Evaluation of artificial neural networks application for the simulation of an acrylonitrile recovery system”. He joined IMDEA in January 2018, where he will perform research related to the modelling of biorefineries.
