Beatriz Herrero

Predoctoral Researcher
Green hydrogen production by high-temperature electrolysis
Short Bio:

Beatriz Herrero Badorrey is graduated in Physics by the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid since June 2019. After, she got enrolled in the master on Environmental and Resource Management at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU).

During her stay at SDU, she worked as research assistant in the group “Management and Economics of Resources and the Environment” and was mainly involved in projects related to Hydrogen production using renewable energies (Power2Gas). From September to December 2020, she did a research internship at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, collaborating with the EU H2020 project ATELIER. Her main activity consisted on modeling the energy demand of highly efficient buildings.

In February 2020m she joined the R&D Unit of High Temperature Processes Unit at IMDEA energy as predoctoral researcher working on green hydrogen production by high-temperature solid oxide electrolysis
