Short Bio:

I obtained a Physics degree while at University (Universidad de Cantabria, 2007), but I wanted to apply my skills on the energy so after an MSc in renewable energy technologies (UIMP-CSIC, 2009), I did my PhD thesis at CIEMAT related to energy modelling using optimisation from a socio-economic viewpoint. While at there I obtained an MSc degree in Decision Systems Engineering (URJC, 2011) linked to my European Ph.D, which was awarded summa cum laude (2014). My first postdoc was at IFE in Norway (2014-2015). Besides, I worked in two private companies (INDRA Sistemas in 2008 and ATISAE in 2009, as programmer and efficiency energy engineer, respectively). Currently, I am starting at IMDEA Energy my second postdoc focused on energy models.
